Best Buy Easter Campaign 2021
The Spring Gifting initiative includes four key events: Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Graduation. In 2021, we took a holistic approach and treated each event consistently, creating graphics based on archetypal representations—like a bunny for Easter, a flower for Mother’s Day, and a bowtie for Father’s Day.
The challenge for Easter was working within Best Buy’s simple, geometric brand style, which offered a limited toolkit for creating elements like bunnies or Easter baskets. My solution was to design a bunny using simple geometric shapes, adding a subtle gradient for depth and visual interest.
While the final campaign used an even more simplified bunny, my design represented a strong, creative solution to the challenge and showcased a way to balance brand consistency with playful, seasonal imagery.
